"Still the worst shakedown I have ever dealt with. When they say 'Worst case scenario' in an estimate, BEWARE! We were charged more than 30% over 'worst case scenario', Blake Bruns did our estimate, and I doubt he would have treated me that way he did my wife during the estimate process. Zero accountability. The shakedown game that run is real, and supported by their corporate resources. I tried."
"Very clear process from start to finish. Team was very professional and respectful of our home and belongings at both ends of the move. We treated them pizza, cold cut sandwiches, and beverages, and they were extremely grateful. Everything was wrapped and padded very well, they protected the floors and stairs. Arrived everyday on time, and were at the new house exactly when they said they would be. The video walkthrough of the home was easy, and the communication from Frieda at the base office was regular and appreciated."
