"This was a great experience. I've never been served by a robot before. It was very quick and efficient. I placed my entire order as soon as I sat down, through a QR code. I paid with my phone, and had my drunk about 3 minutes later. The appetizer came out about 5 mins later, and the Ramen wasn't far behind! The flavors were very good! I'm used to a bit more creamy tonkotsu broth, so this was an interesting change of pace! I wish there had been some type of ginger doing sauce for the katsu, but other than that, it was delicious and super crunchy! I will absolutely be back to try more items!"
"Clean & nice environment. Efficient. Taro Boba was great. I ordered the vegetarian ramen & my boyfriend got the shrimp & pork ramen. The vegetarian spring rolls were so good! The food was brought to you by a robot server. That was neat to see! We also order a couple flavors of mochi ice cream. The mango was by far the favorite! Glad we checked it out."
"Loved dining at this hidden gem Hiro Ramen. They have robot servers which is so cool. You scan a qr code at your table and order on your phone (or you can go up to the counter). I got the Passion Fruit + Pineapple Tea w/boba($5.85) Pork Boa($8), Pork Shumai ($6), Black Garlic Ramen w/Chicken + WoodEar Mushroom($14). Everything was delicous! The food came out hot and fast. The robot was a super fun experience and the staff was really nice. I will definitely be back! 10/10 experience"
"Tried this place recently, food was good. Moderately priced but slightly expensive. Ramen soup was good and lots of quantity for me. The robot delivery was interesting to watch and it hit my chair every time. Tea was not that great and buns were ok. Would recommend this place if you want to try some Ramen. Lit of parking, was not easily visited while navigating, no entry from sawmill."
"Location is convenient with free parking. Inside eatery it has nice and clean set up and table sittings. Using robot to serve food is very novel. But food is not worth the price charged. The pork belly noodle soup has only a few thinly sliced pork belly pieces that don’t taste good. Will not come back."
