"Horrible service 2 days in a row. Employees would rather talk amongst themselves than work. If you try to interrupt politely and ask for your beverage you get ignored. I waited over 10 minutes for my beverage and I was literally the only customer in store and drive thru. Tipping is pointless."
"Hands down, best Starbucks in Lake County. I work by three other Starbies, but I avoid them. Emerson, Nancy, Regan, Dom, all the folks here are sweet as a tall iced chai with oat milk! ❤️ I sometimes come up to work from here a few hours in the afternoons and am always happy I did so."
"I like my paradise drink with strawberries instead of pineapples and added strawberry puree. 5/15/23 Update: The drinks were not done correctly this time. Carmel crunch, no creme at the bottom, and the taste is completely different. Now, can you explain how a strawberry refresher drink is just juice with ice. No coconut milk was used, not excepting that. Remade, now no strawberries. Finally, after 2 tries, it is made correctly. I am very disappointed with this visit."
"Pro tip - go inside the store and order as the drive up lane is frequently backed up around the store. There is a small patio on the front of the store, and the inside is just a fairly typical Starbucks."
"This is a very nice Starbucks. It has probably the most friendly staff I have seen so far, the wonderful Barista I talked to ask me right away if I'd like a suggestion, that's never happened before and I thoroughly enjoyed it. It was darling that they have little plants out on their window ledge what a nice touch. The details matter to me and this was a sweet Edition. My mocha coffee frappe was done to perfection. I really need another one in my life immediately."
