"I switched to this practice after it was highly recommended to me by my friends. My son has juvenile rheumatoid arthritis, and his healthcare is a bit complex, so i was a little nervous. We left a practice that treated us horrible (primed in englewood). Its the best decision I ever made. I was literally in (happy) tears when my kids and I saw Nate Hofmann for the first time. His patience, his kindness, his thoroughness, and how he interacted with my children was a breath of fresh air. I could not be happier with this practice and look forward to a very long relationship with them."

"I have been going to this practice for many years, everyone is wonderful, Kathy the receptionist is so nice and I have met every provider there. Nate Hoffman has been a stellar addition to the team, he is patient, knowledgeable, and has genuine care for his patients. The whole staff from receptionist to the medical assistance all work as a cohesive team to help thier patients. UPDATE: it's been almost a year since this review, I suffer from myalgic pain that at times becomes excruciating. They were able to get me in and give me shots for pain control thus avoiding the ED. Nate Hoffman APRN continues to amaze me with his compassionate nature and Patience. Mara the medical assistant always remembers me and my wife, and gives me the most painless shots I've ever had. I cannot recommend this practice enough I drive 30 minutes + just to come here they are that amazing. I trust them completely to keep me, my wife and someday maybe our children healthy."

"Took my children here for 10 years. Went through 3 different doctor's and my boys saw Nate as of late and he was wonderful. Unfortunately, we had to switch providers entirely due to the absurd amount of time it takes for a nurse to call back to answer medical questions that could have needed urgent medical attention. (6 hours for a call back then 9 to actually speak to someone) Furthermore, the receptionist, Kathy is incredibly rude. She seems to always have an attitude and be bothered for no reason. I trusted this office with the care of my children. What I got was unprofessionalism and neglect."
