"I've had a great experience with NEPeds for 6 years since becoming a mom. They came highly recommended from other parents and I love the convenience of having multiple locations. We've utilized the late night 'oh no my kid is sick!' hours and all but once were they able to see my child same night. I've followed the procedures they set in place with notification preferences, receiving texts for appointment reminders, and their new (and improved) process of completing check-in before you arrive. I think it shows how much they care about children in their no-show policy. There are only so many appointments in a day, and if parents are going to forget, that's stealing away the opportunity for another child to have their medical needs met. I double payed a bill (once from the orange tablet once from mail) and they were quick to issue a refund check without me realizing I double-payed. Dr. Evans is easy going and my kids are always curious what chuck taylors he'll have on. Dr. Cook is caring but about the business of pediatric medicine. The nurse practitioner is professional and smiles at my crazy kids! I love that the lobby is split 'sick' and 'well' to better quarantine the check-up kids from the 'i'm here because i'm sick' kids. Every person who has treated my children is respectful of my 2 vaccines at a time preference; and we schedule come-backs accordingly to stay within guidelines. Then we end every visit with a sticker (or two)!"

"My ex took her child with someone else to this office and didn't pay her bill. I got a letter stating that my two children were no longer welcome at their office because of this. I really don't see how this even adds up. My two children had been going here long before she had this other child. So my kids get kicked out over something that has nothing to do with my kids or me."

"They don't send new patients the welcome email to set up even though they send an email saying to expect it. I missed an appt (no reminder calls at all but I did forget the appt in the hectic day) because of trying to get house ready to receive families from Florida in anticipation of evacuating due to Irma. I was thinking they fine for missing appointments which I was totally ok with and do take responsibility for missing. Unfortunately they cut your hand off if you miss an appointment with them. They are not willing to accept any reason for missing an appointment and tell you to take your business elsewhere. I'm sad this is how they do business and definitely shows they aren't in it for the care of the kids."

"I used this office my whole childhood and loved it! The doctors are great! I recently became a single mom and had been waiting for an opening there. I had set up a new patient appointment for my son that was like a month away. I had totally forgot about it and called the day after realizing that i had missed the apppiontment because of work. I was told my son could not be seen here even though i have been a faithful patient there my whole life. Im so disappointed in this office."
