"Granted, I got there at 7pm and they closed at 8, the only reason for the 2 stars is because they greeted me as soon as I walked in, and the nurse was super nice. I went in for a bad cough I’ve had for a few days after fighting an infection, and wanted to make sure it wasn’t turning into something worse. The “provider” didn’t examine or test my mouth to see if I had a flare up or spots. Just looked in my ears and said “take some robitussin and clean your ears.”"
"The only reason for the star is for the excellent office staff and nurse that treated me. Dr/ Provider Esther has terrible bedside manner. I was in a significant amount of pain . Nurse indicated my pain level on chart which was an 8. I had to beg the provider to give me meds and she acted less than interested to help me . Frowned the whole time. I would recommend calling first to see who’s on call or visit another location to receive better care."
"My daughter & I both had respiratory infections so we went to CareFirst Urgent Care. We were greeted immediately, seen fast, never talked down to and in and out quickly so we could go home and recover. The staff took their time on our care while being very efficient!"
