"The staff and doctors are all polite and friendly and they are really good about getting the kids in same day if needed. Only downside is they always seem to be running behind and visits can take 60-90 minutes."

"My kids have been coming to this place for 17 years. I hate it, they couldn't tell me what was going on with my kids half the time. They had to refer my son to a specialist because they couldn't tell what eczema was. They are all about the money here I know this because they sent me a Forty something dollar bill couldn't take the card I wanted to pay it with so they dropped my kids. They told me as soon as I pay it and a return to office fee they will be willing to see my kids.. I will be taking my kids to see another doctor in toledo that actually cares. I keep my kids there still because it has only been terrible for the last 5 years and my 2 older kids don't need to see a doctor as often and my 7 year old has been seen by a school clinic so I didn't see the point in finding a new doctor for them as I already had it taken care of..."

"So, April 3, 2023, I paid off an outstanding balance no one at the desk ever told us we had. This is after multiple visits. Okay, no problem, here's my card, I pay it off, again, no one says anything except 'thank you, have a nice day, let us know when you want another checkup' I get my kiddo through a few more other doctor's appointments, and then loop through to the pediatric center for the last appointment my kid needs. Well, they still won't schedule us because they claim the same outstanding balance. I have the charge on my bank statement. I'd like it refunded if we won't be taken back on as patients."

"NP Lee Laroy went above and beyond my daughters first initial visit. We got a lot of useful information on ADHD and Dyslexia. My daughter is scheduled for testing in August. Our last pediatrician told us to go to her Psychologist and we have but we’re wanting a second opinion. Harbor Behavioral was a pain in getting scheduled and took a long time in just getting her first initial appointment to get scheduled for the psychological testing. What a great office this is, including the staff that were so welcoming. We’re glad to be a patient of Pediatric Center."

She becomes a part of your family and truly takes the time to get to know not only your children’s symptoms at the time of the visit and their health concerns, she takes the time to get to know the entire family and the child in whole. The Pediatric Center is amazing!"
