"If your 10 mintues late they cancel your appointment, we got to my sons appointment at least ten minutes early and now its now almost 30 min past his appointment and we still sit here in the waiting room. Well that's not acceptable to me at all sence I pay soo much for their service and it really bothers me that they put my life on hold and dont care one bit."
