"We had only good experiences with Dr. Gerlach! She was very kind and patient with the boys. The nurses were all fabulous. And I loved that I was able to get in for a sick visit the day of, even on a Saturday! If you are looking for a great pediatrician, Dr. Gerlach is fabulous!"

"I have been seeing a downfall in the office of Dr. Trelor. I understand they get busy, but I should not ever have to be the middle man between Pediatric and Pharmacy and this last need from my child I was and it was very frustrating. I the end my issue STILL wasn't resolved. It's almost like I need to do their job for them."

"Turned away my sick toddler as a new patient because there were supposedly missed appts at a previous office (during Covid!!!) that HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THEIR OFFICE, and because when asked about vaccines I said I wanted to talk to THE DR. About them not a receptionist and they said “since I don’t plan on vaccinating and there is a strict vaccine rule there” I NEVER SAID I DIDNT PLAN ON VACCINATING but since they’re more focused on things that weren’t said and not listening to what I was saying instead of helping a sick child then, f trying to go there! More worried about updating vaccines than helping me try to find ones that don’t contain a certain ingredient that my family doesn’t consume!!! And that one of my kids already had a reaction to… Complete disregard to someone’s needs"

"We have tried two different pediatricians in this practice and we are beyond disappointed with the care provided to our daughter. Every time we have a sick visit her temperature is not taken and they ask if I have taken it! Isn’t it standard to check the heart rate/temperature/ears/nose/throat etc of patients when they are sick or going in for a well visit? This has not happened during any appointment, at least not all together. My daughter has also received vaccines on two separate occasions while sick, even when I expressed concern about adverse reactions. She HAS experienced adverse reactions each time. Currently, she has a rash, fever, and loss of appetite after receiving the MMR vaccine while she had strep throat. Dr. Trealor did not even mention the fact that my daughter also had an ear infection when she was diagnosed with strep. Also the fact that these doctors are still recommending cows milk to young children is disturbing. WE ARE DONE!"
