"Nope!!!!.....we will not be back. Brought my kid in for an er follow up and she wouldnt write him a script for his monthly meds that she put him on. Told me to schedule a different appointment for a different day because she was to far behind and she didnt have time!!!! Last straw I'm not going back!!!"

"If I could give a score of zero, I would. The nurse who gave my baby shots slammed the needle into my baby’s arm. No care was taken to be gentle or kind. Also, I took my other child in to be checked for pink eye. The nurse took a strep culture which was unnecessary. My insurance wouldn’t cover the culture because it was unnecessary. When I went to dispute the charge at the office I was told “you didn’t say ‘no’ to the culture so you need to pay it.” That was the last time I was there. There are plenty of caring and competent family physicians in this town. Don’t waste your time with this practice!"

"Dr beck is awesome. But everytime i get scheduled with Ritz when they need to be seen asap, he says they're fine and I'm back there 3 days later paying another 25 to 50 dollar copay to finally get them the antibiotic they needed to begin with. When my child's chart shows that numerous times and I tell them we do NOT want Ritz and I get to the office and we see him. It's rude. Just because he doesn't believe in giving medications when needed so letst them suffer it out with 104 degree temp and hard time breathing . Really?! I will be calling to get my co pays dropped!!"

"If you want to go to the typical "i'm better than you" arrogant Dr...then this is your place. You as a parent do not know anything or care about your child unless you do what they say when they say it... When Doctors receive HUGE incentives for getting 85+% for their patients vaccinated...you should be very concerned. Same with doctors who put everyone on a statin drug.... (I'm referring to Dr Ritz)"

"Office staff are polite, but this place will only get 2 stars since everything about the practice is extremely outdated and potentially also dangerous. It is 2016, they are still using paper charts (aren't EMRs required as of 2014?), they do not use standard safety tip needles for routine vaccinations (the nurse almost had a needle stick in front of me), scales in the office don't work (I was asked to estimate my baby's weight since the scale in the room was off, but I requested to use a scale that actually worked in another room), handouts are dated from 1999, and the physicians seem to also be relying on guidelines from the late 90's. This office may have had better standards 20 years ago, but is in need of major updates and a decent cleaning (dust on all the "decorations" in the themed rooms). The office seems to promote a lot of products for different companies, forcing prescriptions for multi vitamins and formula branded growth charts. We recently moved here from a larger city and are just shocked at the dated quality of care provided by this office."
