"Dr. Caldwell used to be located 10 minutes from us, but then she moved an hour away. She's so amazing that we now drive to see her. She is extremely thorough, caring and kind. I personally feel like she saved my child's life during the beginning of COVID, when my daughter spiked a 106 fever and we had no clue what was going on. She ended up having a rare bacterial infection and the only way to have found out was a stool sample. Any other doctor (and we were in the emergency room and walk in clinic) dismissed my daughter's symptoms as viral and sent her home. Dr. Caldwell went above and beyond, even sending us msgs well into the evening. I am so grateful for her."

"Had good experiences here, nurses are very nice but I HATEtrying to call the office if I have any questions. The hoops you have to jump through just to get put through to talk to your actual Dr.'s office are ridiculous. Save yourself the time and frustration; just email the office directly."

"I give them a 3 because the staff is awesome with kids, we've been with the office for 2 years. They understand they are kids and have mood swings that being said i do not like that they have no consideration of the patient nor parents time. Sometimes you are in and out and others your there for a hour waiting for the dr to come in. It would be nice to be able to get in and out within 30 mins of your appointment."
