"Dr. Ellis is a fantastic pediatrician. We moved to Hillsdale recently from Colorado Springs, where our children received top-notch care. The care we have received from Dr. Ellis has been every bit as good as what we had in Colorado. She is friendly, professional, dedicated, and highly qualified and competent. When our children get sick her office is able to fit us in immediately. She is patient with us when we have questions during a visit. We are lucky to have her practice here in Hillsdale."

"I contacted the office this morning to leave a VM regarding my child’s symptoms and instead Dr. Ellis answered the call. I was slightly confused but she apparently has chosen to forward all office calls directly to her personal cell phone. There was no prompt offering to direct me to voicemail. Dr. Ellis let me speak about three words before tearing into me for interrupting her while she was “getting ready” apparently unaware she is the one who chose to answer. If I had an emergency, I would call 911 and not her. She didn’t even wait to see what the nature of the call was. She ended the call with “don’t come in, call me”. I have never seen a Doctor behave in such an unprofessional reprehensible manner, to top it off, she never once reached out to offer an apology. I will not be coming in nor will I be calling. I’m uninterested in any service where the provider speaks to clients in that manner. As a law student I am very familiar with the ethical obligations we have to our clients and I’m curious if Doctors are required to uphold a similar ethical standard. If so, I’m certain our morning correspondence would have resulted in some form of reprimand from the AMA. I would not recommend and will not be returning to this pediatricians office."
