"Next time I will take my child elsewhere this ace is the slowest place on earth. Doctor are in with a pt and staff comes and gets him and he walks out. Literally rude. I overheard what they said to him it wasn't even a serious issue to drop seeing my child. My son screaming in pain and your dropping it all to rush out to another pt that isn't a life or death matter. If you dont want to die then this isnt the place to go. I haven't been to this one in awhile and. Now I remembered why and I won't be back here."

"I am a service connected disabled veteran who has left the VA for better treatment. This facility is not that place. I've spent seven months getting Moved from one dr to another and now I have been told I can only be seen at the ER as 8 dr's here refused to treat me. I am dying. I passed out in the Carelton rd facility and the nurse told me to rush to the ER. She listened to my heart. she whispered to me to rush to the ER. I did. I have severe cardiac problems. Once in the ER the staff went nuts. I drove to the ER and was not lucid. Someone should have called me an ambulance. I passed out once again in the ER. after months of complaining without result the patient advocate called me today. She was clear in that I am not wanted. But the ER is open to me. I am now out of rx's. When my oxygen rx runs out i guess I will die. This is the Hillsdale Hospital. All I wanted was to live a bit longer. This place is a mass shooter's academy. It's how they are born. Nothing to lose. Treated like something scrapped from a shoe. I have had pneumonia twice this summer and think I still have it. All has been treated by there ER dr's as I have none. I don't want sympathy or drugs. I just want to live as long as I can without suffering. I was neglected at this facility. I have complained to my local health department and police as I believe this is criminal. Addendum: This review was investigated by the Hillsdale police department. No charges were filed against me. I did learn the doctor that terminated my treatment was fired. A nurse approached me as I sat in the ER for treatment. She smiled and told me he was gone. This is the only good thing that has happened to me in this hospital. Too much time has passed and I have been rejected for lung transplant. Delays at this hospital and not having a primary care doctor to provide vital therapies after the transplant surgery are the prime reasons for my rejection. This is my actual experience at this hospital. I await death."

"Completely dismissed the fact that they already confirmed receipt of my MRI order last Friday, resent it to them again today and still claim they have not received it. Someone should train the scheduling department in customer service and respect for patients. Entirely unprofessional."

"I just had surgery at our hospital a few days ago and I was surprised and happy with my care. From check in till discharge I recieved great care. My surgical RN Britney had great skills, my surgeon was a great communicator. My husband was there for support and he was treated wonderfully as well. Thank you to all who helped."
