"We have only been going to Sylvan of Vandalia for around a month, maybe a little longer and have seen a tremendous boost in our son’s confidence, phonics skills, and fluency in reading. He is a second grader and has struggled with reading, he was in a reading program at his school last year. The difference our family has seen in him, in just a month has us jumping for joy. The staff is friendly and amazing to work with. Our son has made preferences to who he enjoys working with the most and also had verbalized troubles with being able to concentrate by other students that have to read out loud, with my WEEKLY check up calls (they always call me weekly just to see how Our son is feeling about everything and if there are any concerns) I have verbalized the things he says and they have done a wonderful job customizing his seating arrangement and instructors to allow for a better learning experience for him. We have been more than pleased with our experience with them. It is well worth the money to invest in our child’s future!"

"I've brought my youngest son here for help with his reading and math. After only a month we noticed a major difference in his grades. The atmosphere is fun and inviting and it was a place that actually made him excited to learn. The staff is friendly and the directors are always there to help. We enrolled him into their "Math Edge" program I'll admit it was a little pricey but it was well worth the money. We enrolled him in the fall of 2014 and in less than 6 months he made a major transformation. He's comprehending things he had no clue about before, and I as a parent am amazed by these people and their dedication to better our children's education."
