"Place is a mess, they will charge you for things that are not true,never answer the phone and its hard to contact someone. Tryna take these ppl to court for all the lies they have pended against me."
"Looks alright. Simple place to live. Had loud neighbors complain about me walking across the floor normally constant banging and loud yelling from other neighbors. You won't get you security deposit fully back they take half to clean for next tenets (even though that isn't what a SECURITY deposit is). Little pricey for what it's worth but as long as you don't mind having annoying neighbors and losing your half your deposit it's fine."
"I normally don't do these reviews but I'll make an exception for this one. Annette is amazing & she definitely went above and beyond for me. I found this community by accident & when she showed me my place I immediately fell in love! I have had no major issues & maintenance staff is friendly & quick to respond. I know this because I wanted to have my A.C. unit checked before the weather got warmer (non-emergency) so I requested for it to be checked within 2 weeks he was out the next day! My dog loves this place as well! She enjoys the balcony & my neighbors are nice. There's no Washer and dryer hookup but they are still nice. You are close to everything & in walking distance to Bunkers!! Check em out!"
"I lived here for 3 years and some months from 2011-early 2015. I really liked the place. The one bedroom I lived in was huge and though I did have to call maintenance more than I would have liked (they put a hole in my ceiling that took them WEEKS to fix and the apartment flooded way more often than it should have and they definitely changed the filter in my heater and didn't bother to put the new filter in). Reading the reviews it sounds like they have different management now. The old management was okay."
"I've been here a little over a year and I have no complaints so far. Price is great and maintenance is always quick and responsive if I have any issues. Over the last year they have also made many improvements as well such as repainting, new roofs, new windows, etc. It is very easy to get in contact with management as well. I highly recommend Brown School Station Apartments!"
