"One of the best options for healthy fast food. You can really load up on veggies and I generally get 2 meals out of 1 bowl. They do a decent job of keeping the place clean. Even when they are busy, the line moves pretty fast. I dislike that they switched to a machine for miso soup."

"this is the worst bibibop experience i have ever had. i am a loyal bibibopper and was very disappointed. to start out i was not welcomed and felt very unwelcomed the whole time in the restaurant. i was stared at while eating and was disrupted many times. i waited 5 mins to pay at the register bc their system wasn’t working. white rice and many other add ins were not available or even ready an hour after open. i then was yelled at for getting a refill on my drink. i ultimately had to leave because the customer service was extremely rude and made me and my friend very uncomfortable. i will never be back. worst staff i’ve ever seen."

"I’m not a complainer, just simply stating work on the customer service and making people feel welcomed. We under being busy but a simple “I’ll be with you in just a second” goes a long way! I’ve visited this location every week for the past 2 months. Today was just awkward. I stood in line by myself for about 2 minutes. No acknowledgment no welcome in nothing. No one was in line ahead of me. No one was behind me. It was literally just me standing there. There was a lady refilling things (Carmen) but she never said a word. Then finally someone who appeared to be cooking came up to her and whispered something and then she decided to assist me with my order."
