"Nicole has been grooming my German Shepherd, Diesel, for a couple of years and since he is long-haired he sheds horrible. Keeping him groomed is a must for him and for my house. I love her and she does a great job, but sometimes scheduling is hard because they are always busy so answering the salon phone is hard, and returning messages seems to be a thing of the past. Nicole is definitely the only groomer my dog does well with, he is difficult. I would love to give Nicole 5 stars, but the 4 stars is due to the issues with reaching anyone to schedule at the salon. Hopefully this time I get a return call."
"I have been with this groomer for about 3 years and the first time there is a problem they don't want to fix it. My dog come home a day later he had sores on his body head eyes and lost hair where he was scratching the sores it almost looked like mange but was not mange don't know what what it was. And when I called them up it was like they didn't care at all and didn't offer to do him over again. I am not bitter I forgive them but I will not recommend them to anyone else."
"Took my lab in the other day for a nail trim. She did a great job with him and trued to ease his nerves. They gave him a cute Thanksgiving bandana and a little spritz of doggie cologne. Price was great. I plan on bringing him back again and getting a full bath."
