"I made my appointment on November 22, 2022 for January 11, 2023 at 2 pm. I was going to be a first time and hopefully long time customer. I called Saturday to confirm my appointment and was assured we were still on the schedule, and would receive a reminder call the day before. I did receive a call the day before and today which was my appointment day. However I did NOT receive any voicemail whatsoever. I just assumed it was a reminder call. I am unfortunately not able to have my phone on me during the work day so by the time I got off they were closed. My husband rearranged his whole schedule to be able to drop our dog off and pick back up only to be told when he walked through the door that they tried to call several times (2x) and left several messages (0 messages) that they cant get him in today. No sorry can we reschedule or anything. My husband said they were rude to him as soon as he walked through the door. Never offered to reschedule after us waiting for this appointment for two months basically. Canceled on us without ever talking to anyone. So my husband said I guess we wont be back then after being spoken to in a rude manner. The lady came outside and called him rude!!! Very Unprofessional!!!! I am very upset by this. Cant believe they are still in business with customer service like that."
