"I just had the same experience as the person who wrote a review a week ago. No person answering the phone, line disconnecting when you make a selection. When I did get through, you could only leave a message and expect a call next business day. What's worse is that my family was informed of stage 4 cancer over the phone; even though we were there at the hospital to receive the news in person. Additional details were supposed to be provided regarding her condition the following day with an in person meeting. That meeting was set up with Dr. Chang Xia two days ago and she never showed up nor left any word; even when the hospital repeatedly has paged her for a consult. We are still left in the dark two days later. This is unacceptable."

"You can't even call and get a person just an answering machine that says they will get back to you. Staff was unfriendly when we arrived and throughout the process. My husband got a blood transfusion here so glad it's not his cancer center. The grounds are pretty but seems run horribly."
