"Pain Management nurses are great. But the PA did not look at back xrays, 2 disc bulges and degeneration, he prescribed shot in hip. Pain continues...Went to a Pain Management another city..I am Pain free now"

"Place sux when it comes to service. Literally make an appointment at a certain time n yet wait n wait n wait hours after the appointment time. Like when u get there it becomes thier time like yea we dont have other stuff to do. Ridiculuos like y make an appointment then. Every single time. Id give this place a negative 5 if there was a option for it."

"Ive been multiple times. So many i should get 1 visit free and a rewards card lol. Very busy place but respectful and accommodating to those of us who needed care. I went in with a giant kidney stone. I'm currently having to suffer with it until my urologists can get to it. Toledo treated me well made sure my pain was controlled and nausea as well as fliuids. People were literally passing away in between them checking on me. This hospital is the best in toledo but you have to have patience they can only do so much with so much on thier plate. I wish my urologists treated me with the same level of humanity and decency. I've you have a life threatening emergency I'd recommend this hospital. Some of the most caring men and women in the field work there and have pride caring for others."

"I went in last night for kidney stones and severe pain. All was great, the staff was wonderful, the doctor had an absolutely amazing bedside manner. The only problem is the pain management, the medication I was given is ineffective with my body and doesn’t work at all. I even told them this. That’s the only reason I’m not giving 5 stars."

"Just sending our sincere appreciation and gratitude to the staff on the Acute floor at Promedica Memorial. The nurses and staff went above and beyond during my grandmothers days there. Considering the circumstances, they accommodated our family and kept us informed. Just to name a few Michelle RN, Megan RN, Stephanie RN, Elvia RN, Alejandro, and Michelle were all very helpful as well as other nurses and techs that were on my grandmas case. I was beyond impressed by the care and compassion from the staff, including Brenda with hospice and Shantee with social work. Thank y’all for what you do and all that you did for my family we are extremely grateful."
