Very rude, disrespectful, and condescending customer service over the phone because they were asked a simple question about pricing and going off about things that are completely irrelevant to the question. We've taken our dogs there for years, but never will again. So unless you enjoy being treated like a toddler, do not pay any bit of money to these people to deal with your animals."
