"We've been taking our dog here since we got him 10 years ago. Since they went under the Banfield name, the quality of service has gone down. Tried to call them to get my dog in and had to leave a voicemail. You do not get through to the desk until 8:00AM, not the 7:30AM that Google and Banfield Pet Hospital state. The emergency number their automated system gives is not a full 10 digits phone number either. It's such a shame, this place used to be amazing when it was My Favorite Pet. Sucks they sold out to Banfield."

"They wouldn’t see my cat because the very slim chance of ingesting bleach. They didn’t even care to hear why I would think that it was a possibility, which 2 other phone services vets said was very unlikely to be the cause. He passed the next day at an emergency vet from leukemia."

"Not happy with the service I was provided. Never once did I see the actual Vet, it was always a phone call from her. They did not seem very educated in in cat diabetes. I always had to drop my cat off to be seen which I did not like, Again never seeing the actual Vet. When I picked my cat up the vet tech ran her into the door jam coming out of a room. While I was in the waiting room for my cat to be picked up another vet tech was on the phone with a client and when she hung up she stated " I can't wait to get drunk tonight" (very unprofessional) Be careful of the Wellness packages they want to sell you. It seems they are all about money. Needless to say I found another Vet and I feel my cat is receiving much better care."

"All the staff members are super sweet and super helpful. Thank you for helping save my Lilly girls life!! I could never thank you guys enough!! I know I brought her in in a rush and a panic thank you for squeezing her in tho!! You guys are amazing!! She's now back to her playful puppy self!!"
