"Dr Schwartz is the worse psychiatrist in female that I have ever had. She forces me shot form medication that I can't handle the side effects and threatens me on calling the police on me if I don't take it. She's over medicating me and it is hard to function with day by day activity. Css is hardly around when I need them. I suffer through PTSD and anxiety,but the abilify shot is making me very bipolar. I think she got her degree from a fiddle faddle box. Because cracker jacks are way to cool to be associated with her. Therefore no one is available when I need them. What is the Warrior Princess of Christ chop liver? I don't go well with your Brussel sprouts; Css? Why the hell am I always on the back burner along with 100s? I lovee the clients though. They all great me with hugs. Why does css overmedicate their clients and go by Dr's and not their issues? Why is community support services gives medications that makes us break the law? Please answer these questions and thanks."

"These folks here are top drawer!!! My long time caseworkers have been Dawn Davidson now among the more senior staff and Steven Singleton my current go to guy have always taken good care of me I was committed here on an outpatient basis for 90 days of treatment in May 2008 and I ended up staying with the organization Crystal was one of my early caseworkers and then Sean but fortunately I was eventually placed with Dawn then Steve who are as far as I am concerned the best people there Dr Kendrick Bashor is my GP and he has kept an eye on my various issues including diabetes and he is an excellent Dr I cannot recommend him enough or Sandy and Tammy his nursing staff Dr Wilkins is my Psychiatrist and she is excellent also having manged my Psych care very expertly I am now completely stable with no depression or ill effects Megan Roberts is the main nurse and the Act North team coordinator She takes care of me and is really great! Even Robin schedules most of my appointments and is truly kind and caring soul The staff here is top notch! I don't know how I would have gotten along without all these people!!!"

"I’m not even a client my roommate I do the cooking, cleaning and I buy the groceries normally. This black lady with a beer belly and a stiff wig ask her if a size 4x shirt was for her saying it looks like kid clothing. Trying to insist I was there for personal gain. My son is three and well token care for and Karen said the same thing assuming. They’re talking about me when they supposed to be doing me a favor…. If she has a grant it’s her money they are lying saying it’s only a certain amount she can spend. This the second time someone from this organization said something pertaining to the well being of my child."

"Trash. They don't even turn their phones on in time to deal with issues for morning appts. They are lazy, have a high staff turn around and really do not care for their patients. NOTHING seems to be individualized per case and person. I would leave less than 1 star if I could. They need to be bought out and re-done from the ground up."

"Terrible establishment as it doesn’t respect its clients. A counselor there told me that I would end up homeless. Very judgmental and two times, one of their clients physically attacked me! The security guard didn’t do anything! Had a group there with AJ Brown, who boot me from the system thank God. Anyone who doesn’t fit in their mold, gets ousted. AJ is an overbearing narcissist!"
