"Had my first appointment scheduled on a Thursday @ 9 am. I show up at 8:50 and the door is locked. At 9 am, the door was still locked and, when I tried calling, I was directed to the after-hours answering service. Same story at 9:05 & 9:10. Remember, you get a 50 minute appointment slot so by the time I check in and get started, I would be down to 25-30 minute appointment (and still would probably be charged for the full hour). If this is my experience at my first appointment, I can't imagine the fun that awaits me at future ones. I just left & will definitely not return."
