"This was my first time using them- will also be my LAST! They did a great job on my dog but, the owner was quite rude and didn’t seem to care if she lost a customer or not. I really hope all of their customers aren’t treated that way.."
"I love the Barkfontaine! I took my fur baby Kenobi (Great Dane) in and Sarah made us feel comfortable right from the start. His nails were trimmed, she did an excellent job cleaning his ears (something he usually hates) and his coat was soft and shiny after his bath. I will definitely be taking him back."

"First time was good. She de-shed both my dog reactive GSDs. Preparation for them was great and came home clean and happy. That was in November. Made a 2nd appointment. When I showed up (even had convo that morning) was as if we’d never been there before and was told if they were dog reactive they can’t come in and she won’t do them. “Did I expect her to stop what she’s doing for my dogs coming in?!” Smh Sooo, update- I get an automated email from her 2 days later canceling my appointment ! Really?! Wow, just wow."
