"Left my dog here once, said I could call to check up on my puppy. Did not answer her phone the whole duration. Tried several times to book another stay and rarely answers her phone. I was concerned, so I asked if there was another way to get through to her. And she said" what's with all the questions, 50 questions every time you call" and then "Did you need something cause I'm busy". I just said I guess not, never mind."

"DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE. First of all, she cut my dog on the neck, and said absolutely nothing about it. She then proceeded to deny it when we called her. He had no cuts on his neck before we took him there, then he magically got cuts but she didnt do it? I think not. SECONDLY: we had her watch our dog Benji while we went on vacation. When we went to pick him up, she said to be there before 10am. We were there at about 9:15, knocked on the door, and she proceeded to open her bedroom window and scream "I told you to call before you came. Do you people not read the rules?" She then came down, opened the shop and told us that we signed off on the rules and we didnt follow them. THEN SHE TOLD US THAT SHE DIDNT WANT OUR MONEY BECAUSE SHE DOESN'T NEED OUR BUSINESS. WHO SAYS THAT TO THEIR CUSTOMERS? This women is horrible. DO NOT TAKE THEM HERE."
