"I scheduled my child therapy at this place and then sent them a divorce decree which states clearly that I get to decide all healthcare decisions. This is the only office I've ever experienced that is pushing back on this and insisting that my child's father call the office for her to receive care. They had also done this to a friend of mine delaying treatment for his child. Unacceptable! They state it's for legal reasons, but why is it that no other doctor, counselor, dentist has asked for this. Just feel sorry for my kid because now I have to start at square 1. :("

"I have been visiting this office for over 2 years and my girlfriend and I have been extremely thankful for the guidance and help we have received. I find their policies quite standard and easy to follow regarding some of the other negative reviews. Each therapist is unique in their craft. If you ask me, it’s a lot like blind dating. Sometimes you have to see a couple different people before you find someone you match well with. This is my personal experience with therapy and therapist. Once you do feel comfortable enough, it’s life changing. I would highly recommend to anyone!"

"They have an amazing counselor, Brian Dewyre, if you're looking for a fantastic counselor. However, I do not agree with their office policies. Was charged an extremely high free of $75.00 for my daughter accidentally missing 1 of her virtual appointments. However, when their office double booked one of our appointments that we physically showed up for, there were no repercussions."

"My personal counselor was amazing, but the office policy is wrong. I am being charged $50 to cancel an appointment last minute due to an unforeseen change in my work schedule. A change completely out of my hands! And this is the job that pays my insurance, that covers me to go there!"

"I have used two different counselors for two different issues/children. My son’s counselor Brian Deweyr is excellent. I’d recommend him to anyone. Another counselor my daughter saw was not just useless, but I would go so far as to say detrimental. She strongly recommended against a switch we were making and pointedly questioned my parenting skills. That switch turned my daughter’s life around. Had I not had a very strong backbone, my daughter would not only have continued to “play” this counselor, as she later admitted doing, but she would not have gotten the help she needed. My experience was heavily skewed based on the counselor."
