"My husband and I rescued a 7 month old Goldendoodle and she hadn’t been groomed before. Our realtor who also has doodles recommended Dana’s to us and it was a wonderful experience. Our pup was still very nervous and scared but they took great care of her while she was there. They were so kind and gentle with her from what I saw when I dropped her off and picked her up. They also did a wonderful job and cut her exactly how I wanted her cut. The only thing I would recommend they do moving forward is to overestimate the time it will take. They told me 3 hours and after 4 hours, our pup still wasn’t ready. We had a training session booked that evening so I had to have them rush the rest of the service. Next time I’ll know to make an appointment earlier in the day and expect it to take most of the day."
