"Sara is an incredible groomer! Sometimes you see groomers being rough with your dogs and cats. Like massaging to hard or fast. Sara almost massages my furbabies while she's grooming them. And, she uses a harness for the dogs so they're not choking themselves out on the collar. Groomers SHOULD NOT use collars. And, lucky for me, Sara does not use a collar. It's just really important your groomer is delicate with your pet companion and sensitive to what they may be feeling."
