"The store itself is clean & most employees are friendly. The pharmacy staff on the other hand is ALWAYS rude. Any time I have to ask them for any help, it’s always an attitude. They are also very lazy. Sat & waited until they reopened, bc of their ridiculously scheduled lunch hour. Nobody else in line, store is dead … but they refused to give my daughter & I a flu shot bc we didn’t have an appointment even though there was literally nobody else in the store. Since when did Walgreens stop taking walk-ins?! Use another pharmacy if you need prescriptions or medicine."
"Don't come here for any kids' vaccinations. My 6 year old daughter was afraid and the "pharmacist" kicked us out because she cried. He told us we had to reschedule and wasted a covid shot. There was 1 other person in line and we were in there for less than 5 mins."
"Extremely rude staff. Stopped by to drop a FEDEX package and the lady who was manning the desk was busy having a personal conversation with someone on her cell phone. I waited patiently for her to finish the call and then she rudely dismissed my saying they don't do FEDEX express. This must be a new policy as i just shipped last week with FEDEX express. When i tried to ask where else i can go she rudely shoved me a piece of paper in front of me to "refer". Fortunately there was a FEDEX van right outside the store and he was extremely friendly and helpful. Never stepping in this location again."
"Just ran into the store. It was very clean and they had everything I needed. Noah rang me out at the register. He was friendly, helpful, and got me in and out of there fast. I wish more of my experiences at stores were ending with a happy cashier like Noah. Great job Noah and Walgreens Avon Lake team."
