"Have nothing but praise for Jess! I had been suffering from horrible rib and sternum pain for nearly 9 months while only getting worse with time and the steroids my doctors had been prescribing me. With constantly changing diagnoses I was settling into a life of chronic pain. I am happy to say that after a few months of therapy I'm almost back to my old self. I might not be as fit as I was, but after almost 11 months I'm not only pain free in my day to day life again. I've been able to start doing cardio and working out again and Jess believes that I can fully get back in the gym in about a week! "Dr. Jess is amazing! I saw her for arm pain that was affecting my daily life (think can’t even lift a glass of water) and it’s doing so much better after only a couple months. She focused on dry needling, EStem, scraping, and strengthening exercises for me and I’m back to doing all the things I could do before the injury. Highly recommend seeing her."

She does a great job explaining how each exercise and technique will help and gives great advice how to maintain and continue strengthening on your own in the future.
