"Open 8-8 - however at 7pm there was “no provider”. Office is open for “video chat visit”. So you pay office visit fees and video chat with someone who is not there. Wow. Something like this should not even be called an urgent care. Find someplace that has an actual LPN, DR, etc. We left. I’d advise finding someplace else. They don’t hang up a video chat only sign outside."
"Open daily 8am to 8pm. That is, if the doctor shows up. After trying to open a locked door at 8:05am, I was greeted by a staff member saying “it was gonna be a while, the doctor isn’t even here yet.” Waited in the parking lot for about 40 minutes before giving up. Not urgent, no care. Maybe a new name that doesn’t reference Urgent Care in the title?"
"I have been visiting this urgent care for several years. Every time I go the staff and doctors are extremely helpful. The wait is never too long And the providers are efficient and effective! Highly recommend!"
