"Terrible location, the one on Broadway is better. They mess up my order almost every time. They just skip over instructions they don’t want to follow, like grilling the burritos. I’ve avoided this store for a while but I didn’t realize it would be this location when I door dashed Taco Bell the other day and I was missing items. I get mistakes happen but they must’ve been out of Cinnabon delights because I got cinnamon twists in my bag, which are no where near the same price. Instead of having the door dasher contact me they just didn’t say anything. The quality isn’t there and the customer service isn’t there."

"We went inside to celebrate great patent teacher conferences! Ordered at 635pm. At 655 I went to the counter to find out where our order was. It had been sitting on the counter in a to go bag and no one let us know. It was sitting there so long that the fries were cold and the hard tacos got mushy. Asked them to give us fresh fries only. Then sat down to eat, found out tacos were mushy and quesadilla was cold. When I asked them to make the order again, the manager came over and acted like it was my fault they had to remake out food! Even said, but you're eating your food. I said no I'm not! I took notes and found out it was mushy! Everything turned out okay, but a really bad experience. Won't visit the georgesville rd location (next to chipotle and ljs) again."

"Forgot sauces for their dipping taco and didn’t put a crunchwrap supreme in my bag. I came back for the missing items and employee doing the cooking starts complaining real loud saying he put everything in the bag. I wouldn’t be coming back letting my food get cold if I wasn’t missing a whole persons meal. We had a $35 order and I understand you can mess up and forget stuff. Just don’t stay complaining when you mess up!"

"I pull up - “servers are down should be back up in 10 minutes” okay no problem, be back in 15. I come back, “we can’t do two orders, we’re short staffed.” Okay… guess I’ll do one big order? I order a chicken quesadilla - “we’re out of chicken.” Okay.. I order 2 steak quesaritos, double grilled, and receive them cold and uncooked. I pull back around an explain my issue, to be met with “I drove two hours to get here and it’s not even my store, I just opened this store a few minutes ago, so I can TRY to grill them, but no promises. The grill doesn’t always work at this location.” Over it. Just give me my money back. Absolutely ridiculous."

"Well the food was edible but definitely not at all filling; there was hardly any meat, cheese, or lettuce. Drive thru was very fast and efficient. Also, what location doesn’t give you sauce if you ask at the window? Poor management by my guess. If you’re craving Taco Bell, I would suggest finding another location."
