"Staff is always friendly. Place is always clean. Never have to worry if they are out of something. This particular Chipotle kept our business. My wife and I are regular weekend goers of chipotle. However after consistently eating at the mill run location and being treated poorly on more than one occasion we decided to try multiple locations around us. This locations isn’t the closest to us but we won’t go anywhere else."
"Ordered online, quick pickup time within 10 minutes. Went thru the pickup line, quick and easy and the staff was nice."
"Used to love coming here. Today, it is the most consistently bad Chipotle locations. Simply does not taste like chipotle. The rice is literally white mush with no salt, cilantro, or lime. Hope it one day returns to its former greatness."
"It's always something with this place. Witnessed an employee clean debris from the counter, pick a bag up from the floor, then went back to making orders...without washing hands or changing gloves. Nasty. Also waited in line for over 15 minutes just for the young man to say they were out of chips after trying to add the food from the order behind me to my order. Three visible bags sitting on the shelf and he said, "Oh, those were for the later online orders..." I left. Do better."
"EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I do a mobile order from this Chipotle, my order is messed up. I keep giving it chances because I like Chipotle and it’s close. I decided to go inside today to try and keep my order from being a disaster. Today I went. They had no brown rice. Three employees were having their lunch break, which they are definitely entitled to! They were so loud I couldn’t hear the girl making my order. Then she says they are out of chips. There were clearly about 30 bags of chips on the shelf behind her. The guy in front of me asked for chips and I could not hear her response due to the loud employees, but she made it clear they were not available. I did not get a receipt. My bowl WAS good. Just very frustrated with this store."
