"Usually good food but today was different..black beans were old and looked like mush so I had to skip that..they have super small portion of chicken so had to ask for decent amount..when I got home I noticed my lettuce portion was like a small mouth full. I usually get decent bowls here but you have to watch them for sure.."
"I don’t see 3 chicken bowls. I see two chicken bowls and a side of rice. I was charged $27 instead of $19. When I called to tell them what happened they told me to come back in. I explained I stopped to pick up dinner for my kids before I went to work my 12 hour shift and was told to come back in. I’m angry. You all aren’t honest and I feel I was overcharged purposely."
"Got 2 bowls via the app and are a joke. Less than halfway full and are just tragically terrible. Go to the chipotle in Powell 5 mins away it’s 10x better and the workers are way nicer/ professional. Fudge this store"
"Honestly chipotle is an impressive company. Every time I think I've been to the worst one, they manage to out-do themselves. The accuracy at this location is probably 25%. I ordered delivery from this location last night and they sent me a bowl for an entirely different person. Had a different name on the sticker and everything! The bowl i ordered should have had double meat (nearly $5 upcharge for that) and when I contacted Chipotle to complain, I was hoping they'd just send a new/duplicate bowl, but all they did was give me a free entree (no comp for the double meat I'd paid for or the delivery charge). They also skimp on the meat HARD at this location. I swear even ordering light sour cream, there's always more sour cream than meat on anything you order. Do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else instead"
"Just like any other chipotle, got in and out within a few minutes. Seating was easy for 12pm on a Saturday. Wasn’t many people staying for lunch so there’s seating available (if it’s clean). Would definitely return here again!"
