"This was my first choice when it came to moving to a new area and finding some mental help. I was put with an amazing woman who was really starting to help me. I would look forward to our time together each week and considering I never found someone like her in my life, it made me actually go to our sessions. I don’t know if she thought I was beyond the point of helping, or what. But one day I reach out to confirm an appt with her and she says she no longer works for them. No warning. Nothing. I called the office a handful of times trying to figure out what’s going on because I thought it was screwed up to leave people hanging like they did to me. Whoever I talked to each time was NOT a nice person. When I finally got scheduled with someone, they never reached out to me like they said she would. Missed our appointment and never followed up. So I decided to move on and find a place that actually helps people and doesn’t make finding a therapist back breaking. It’s like they want people to beg for help to receive any which I will never do. Save yourself the time and go somewhere else. At least for me, they do not care and will give you attitude when you question things. Only gave 2 stars for my previous therapist (or whatever her title was) Once again, finding ANOTHER facility!"
