"I waited for months for an appointment for my child. My first appointment was set and then a week later rescheduled for 2 weeks later. I called the day before the appointment to get assurance that there was nothing more I needed to do, Isabele assured me that there was nothing and I could fill out intake paperwork while my daughter had her first appointment. Her first appointment was scheduled at 8:30am on a Saturday. We arrived 15 minutes early and no one was there. I called and the office was closed. I opened my email and it turns out that the admin Isabele sent an email saying that I must reply to her by 5pm or my appointment would be canceled and that she would call at 4:50pm to ensure I knew they would cancel. There was no call from the office in my call logs. I sent repeated emails asking for an explanation and the opportunity to speak to a supervisor and no one reached out. I have never left a negative review, but their behavior was unacceptable and starting over with a new place means a delay of necessary services for my daughter."
