"We’ve visited this location and the Westar location. The doctors are both locations were very nice and got us in and out quick. The downfall is the billing department. Just received a bill in the mail addressed to my sister-in-law (we don’t have the same last name or first name) and it was for my son. I spent 20 minutes filling out the paperwork in the lobby only for the lady at the desk to not look at them or do her job. When I asked what happened to them, I was told they were scanned in. So my paperwork was put in a chart that didn’t match my name or date of birth… that’s a huge issue. Had I not remembered that we had been to the office 2 months ago, I wouldn’t have opened the bill. Billing has been a weak area for them. Had a workers comp issue at the Westar office. Gave them all the info to bill it and called them several times when I was sent bills repeatedly. Surprise, another bill showed up and they threatened collections. They had all the correct information, it was just waiting on workers comp to pay. We had to get them in contact with my husbands work, which we also provided when we filled out paperwork. We will not be returning."

"Complete waste of time! Highly recommend avoiding this place all they want is your insurance money. Went in for a sinus/congestion issue that has been going on for 3 months.When checking in we asked to be seen by a doctor. A physicians assistant showed up reviewed the history and said you would need to go to a lung specialist. The service provided was not what we asked for. I am sure they are charging the insurance as if a doctor reviewed the situation. Never go here if you want real help. 100% dissatisfied..."

"I visited Wedgewood Urgent Care today and was so impressed with how knowledgeable and caring Dr. Michael Joseph and the staff were! Dr. Joseph listened to my history carefully and not only provided a plan for immediate relief but also recommended steps to discuss with my primary care physician. This office can get busy at times, but they work hard to move people through and provide top notch care. Thank you!"

I’ve been here before (receiving top notch care), yet my recent visit prompted a proper review. Dr. Joseph and Pamela went above and beyond the call of duty to assure that my care, X-rays, crutches, and medication were perfect before I departed. There is care and then there is caring.
