"I've seen various providers here over the years, and most of them have not been qualified enough, competent enough, or compassionate enough to do their job. Missy Cetone specifically has been very nasty to me and mostly ignores what I say, including when I was sitting there crying and she didn't look at me (looked at computer instead) and offered no advice or even platitudes to comfort me. At one point I was seeing a lady named Amber for therapy, and they presentd her as a therapist and she presented herself as such, but she only had a BACHELOR'S in SOCIAL WORK. That is fraud and probably malpractice and illegal. And she was not helpful at all and just made me ever more stressed. Raegene at the front desk is the nicest and most helpful person in the whole place."

"Phone staff unfriendly. I called to get refill for my child's monthly percription. After the lady on the phone repeated the same information for the 3rd time i cut her off to say that i understood the information and could she just please continue with what she was going to do for me. (Which was just to look at any existing appointment dates ) she said she didn't understand what I wanted. Then called me sassy growled and hung up the phone. Very inpolite. Not to mention im a patient also and I'm not a huge fan of their phycitrist. Either I have always felt highly uncomfortable. Not sure if its really them but its just an akword relationship at least on my end. Not really trying to say anything bad there. And honestly I've never had a problem with the rest of the staff in person. In person staff are usually really sweet."
