"Reserved a specific table for six on 11/23/23 for 12/16/23 event. I walked in wearing a KN95 mask and told we could go to our table. Unbeknownst to us it was occupied and they had no intention of leaving nor was there a "RESERVED" sign on table. I asked for another table and they refused so we had to sit at this table AFTER insisting they sanitize it. No apologies, given. I suggest RESERVED signs be placed on tables and patrons monitored more closely due to potential liability issues. The table was chosen to isolate me and my family within reason and Jillie's failed us. Hope other people get treated better and management gets their act together on a more professional and personable level. And then told a band member was absent due to COVID-19 and the drummer left due to not feeling well."
"I like the concept and the location is cool. Nice staff. But the physical layout is not great. The stage is blocked by the kitchen. From the bar, you have to watch the bands on TV screens. I'm sure it would be too expensive to remodel but I think that set up is an issue for the overall experience. I recommend checking it out, but if you are going for music make sure you can get in the front room."
"We went there on a Friday night when there was no cover, Route 61 was the band playing and they were great. Not much of a crowd so got a good table. Beer was served in cans and cocktail choices were OK. The food was amazingly good. Ordered the Chicken Satay and the Taco Trio and both were tasty and the meat was very tender. The dessert was fried mochi balls and it was excellent. Highly recommend the food here which was served with cloth napkins and silverware, no plastic and paper. Everything was kept very clean - bathrooms, tables, floor etc. Will go back!"
"Excellent venue gor music and delicious gluten-free food. As a matter of fact, the whole kitchen is GF. The sound and seating is awesome for viewing local talent v and other acts. Quaint, North of City setting. Parking is available around the huge venue. Placed in a pedestrian through way, so not much direct parking, but very lovely for a night out."
