"How badly higher ups at Fuse Trauma Recovery messed up can't even be expressed. They choose to throw everyone under the bus to save themselves. Knowing they built this business on being a supposed safe space for everyone, but immediately showing no one is safe from the patients to employees. I'm not sure who has the final say on how the business is run, but I would never go to another establishment run by them."

"If zero stars were an option I would have picked that. My therapist is not at all the issue here. This establishment however is. I don't know who owns this place and made this decision but I hope you see this review. You claim to be a trauma recovery center but you just caused your clients more trauma. You pulled the rug out from under your staff and clients. You just decide to close with VERY LITTLE notice to anyone. Leaving everyone nowhere to land."

"Listen. I was a client here from late 2020 through the end of 2023. I engaged in all of their services at one point or another; individual counseling, group therapy, IOP, case management, and forest therapy. The therapists and case managers were amazing and created a safe environment. Until the partnership came around and things started shifting FAST. The new owners took what was a unique and much needed resource and turned it on its head, creating just another bland, revolving door, cash-grabbing treatment center. Not to mention, they fired all the staff who made fuse the safe place that it was, leaving countless clients scrambling to try to make sense of what was happening. This isn’t trauma-informed care. This is traumatizing. This is unacceptable for a place that claims to care about client care, connection, and healing"

"What started out great has made a quick descent into ethically questionable realms over the last year. This most recent upheaval isnt even their first demonstration of how little they value ethics. For a self proclaimed "trauma informed" "safe space", they sure seem to go out of their way to be neither of those things. What they have pulled on their mental health staff and clients now is just shameful. To handle things so poorly with any group of clients would be awful enough; to do it to a population of trauma survivors trying to heal just has an extra layer of cruelty and unethical stank to it. Shameful, truly embarrassing for the decision makers that chose this"

"Fuse provides what is missing from many mental health care providers that have a cookie cutter approach. The staff at fuse are embracing of diverse views of mental wellness it's a refreshing change. I highly recommend for anyone seeking no nonsense yet a compassionate approach to mental health."
