"Everyone who works there are amazing! They really care about the patients needs and they show great respect. They have went above and beyond in helping me and I am truly greatful for the whole staff! I appreciate them tremendously! P. S updated 12-06-2023. I can't get a hold of them on the phone, been calling for almost 2 weeks! I'm out of meds! I'm going to drive a hour away to go into the office and ask for a explanation. Are they closed down??????"

"I’ve been going here for way….to long! Over the past 4 years I’ve been misdiagnosed with bipolar and put on several heavy medication that have basically put me to sleep 16hrs a day and the minuscule time I’m actually awake I’m depressed anxious and only spiraling downward. They don’t listen to you. Every single time (and it’s not an exaggeration) that I go in for my appointment early or have a virtual appointment Marilyn is a minimum of 2 hrs late. No apologies. Nothing. When I finally have her attention it’s only for maybe 10 minutes. Don’t bother trying to get anyone in the office on the phone either. I’ve been calling since they opened this morning and they refuse to pick up the phone. Its like this every single time I try to get ahold of anyone there. I know they think it’s because they are so “busy” but if they don’t actually care about their patients eventually they won’t be busy anymore. Like any business the customer is the most vital part. They could care less. When I finally do get someone on the phone they are dismissive and will actually be upset! I really have no idea why I’ve gone here for so long. Worst doctor and doctors staff I’ve ever had to deal with. Please do yourself a huge favor and don’t bother going here. If I could give 0 stars I would."

"Saw Dr Rana in 2020, was diagnosed with PTSD and bipolar and given mood stabilizers after barely knowing me for 20 minutes. The PTSD was extremely correct but it turns out I'm autistic NOT bi polar. Thank god I listened to my body and stopped the mood stabilizers when I felt they weren't helping and infact making me insanely out of wack. I don't 100% blame Dr Rana as sadly it's too common us under diagnosed adult women get misdiagnosed as BPD or Bi Polar but I do think there should be much better/longer assessment before throwing such serious medications around to people. Had I kept taking them like some other unfortunate people I could have had extreme consequences. Autism/ how it appears in women should be much more well known in health professionals seeing as women and POC went extremely mis/under diagnosed. He was polite and kind but I just can't give a better review after having that experience. I just don't like how easily the toss out such serious diagnosis/meds. **He mistook my insomnia that I've had since childhood caused by my ADHD (a diagnosis I already had), as mania, impulsivity (also ADHD) as mania, autistic meltdowns/burnout as depressive episodes/ mood issues ect. Rather than seeing how my symptoms could already be explained before seeing what else could be effecting me he just lumped it all as the "bi polar" and my PTSD."

"10 to 1 odds that when you call, you will have to leave a voicemail. The primary doctor frequently changes their schedule, leaving alternate providers to handle visits. Still, this is one of extremely few mental health providers in the area, especially taking new patients (your mileage may vary). No longer open on Fridays. No video appointments."

"The doctor is fine but whoever is in charge of saving patients information should find a different job. My first appointment was cancelled and the number they called to tell me wasn't even close to mine so I didn't find out until I wasted my gas and showed up. Then a week later I finally get to see the doctor and the prescriptions he sent to the pharmacy had a birthdate of 1988. I was born in 97. So I can't pick up my medication until someone answers the phone for right aide. Which no one answers the phone there. You leave a message and they call you. So now I have to spend a day communicating between them and rite aide so I can get my medication."
