"I have been going here for over a year now and I am so happy I was referred to come here! Every time I’ve been in here the people at the front desk make me feel honestly like they’re happy I’m there which you don’t find much anymore. The therapist I’ve been meeting with is named Hannah Gulkinson and I cannot give her enough credit for how much she’s been able to help me work through personal issues and find ways to calm myself down with Severe Anxiety. I highly recommend this place!!"

"I had a solid experience at the Ironwood Center with Tyler Vorst. They were able to get to get me in in a reasonable amount of time. Tyler was helpful and listened well. He was relatable and helped me understand how my past experiences related to my current realities. When I was ready to move on without counseling, he let me know that and didn’t try keeping me just for the dollars. I typically don’t give five star reviews, because Americans are ridiculous and over exaggerate everything (I.e. only giving 1 or 5 star reviews), so I will just give 4 stars for my seamless and helpful experience"

I have grown and have improved my mental health so much through my visits with him. "My experience with The Ironwood Center was amazing! Everyone was so welcoming and made me feel comfortable. I had an awesome time participating in their celebration of Mental Health Awareness Day. There was crafts, drum circles, and even a mini fitness class. The Ironwood Center team takes the time to listen and get to know you personally. I highly recommend this place to everyone!"

"My family and I needed to get into the center fairly quickly as our situation needed immediate attention and they were able to make that happen. I will give them 5 Stars for that. However, we saw the clinician Tyler Vorst, who was 25 minutes late to our appointment time and never apologized. We got in there and only spent 20 minutes in his office before he ended the session, which only consisted of him handing over paperwork and doing more on his computer. Mind you, we were to show up early to the appointment to fill out paperwork BEFORE the appointment as well. No time was spent asking why the session was needed or even began to talk about anything but his own paper trail. I am aware that there are legalities, however, I have never had a first session go this terribly. Within these questions, he had made us feel as if our issues were not important and truly only cared about his convenience. We would go in depth with a question asked and he would briefly take his eyes off his computer screen and acknowledge with a slight smile or a simple "okay" and move onto typing. It was not personable at all which made for a really bad first impression. I had emailed him of our concerns, in which he said to do if we felt needed. He says he strives to be a better clinician and values the opinions of others and I have yet to hear back from him. He claims it is his policy to return messages within 24 hours and it has been and then some with no acknowledgement of my email or apology regarding my concerns. Very disappointed and do not recommend seeing this clinician if you have serious issues that need to be addressed ASAP!"
