"As far as counseling goes a lady named megan, is very good nothing but positive when it comes to this lady. The doctor my daughters was seeing well hes a bit odd for my taste but very good and very knowledgeable which was Dr. Wei. However he recently got a new position else where and his replacement a lady named Dr. Rosa this person is very petty, which my daughter's doctor was changed with out informing me of the change. But this doctor very very petty. Blew my daughter off just because we was a few mins late due to traffic and having to wait to get checked in. Very unprofessional. This person wouldnt even come out to talk to me or nothing. Now im left with finding a new doctor and no meds for my daughter. All because i was a few mins late for things outside my control. Remember Dr. Rosa very unprofessional to the fullest."

"This place has truly let my daughter down, during this Covid telemedicine we have been canceled without our knowledge rescheduled to when the facility is not even open! They have not called in med refills like they are suppose to. FRC is a disgrace to the mental health community. I suggest going out of Lima to find a provider that actually cares."
