"My family and I had brought our dog in to get his nails clipped and he was nipping and then the young lady informed us that she couldn't do it, so we completely understood. But while we were leaving the owner made an inappropriate comment while we were still in the store. And then after asking her to stop talking bad about us she was completely rude. I would totally not recommend unless you like some one talking bad about you. After a week of the first review the owner decides to replay and she couldn't even recall the right situation. My dog had never touched the groomer so that is a complete lie. And if you a "successful business owner" you should be able to shut your mouth when the customers are in the building and not talking about them while we were still there. And for the owners notice we did apologies. So check your facts before you try and say something smart back."
