"This review is not for the Dr herself, but rather the situation. I 100% understand that she delivers babies. However, today I had an appointment scheduled that I had to wait 5 months to get in. It was 45 mins away, but after reading her reviews and having my gendoc refer me to her, I figured the drive was worth it. I arrived, waited 30 mins after my appointment, then was told she had to leave so I had to reschedule. I wish that someone had thought to give me a call even a half hour before my appointment started so I didn't waste my time or gas getting there. I was told the doctor had been getting updates on her other patient who was in labor. It would have been simple common decency for someone to call to reschedule BEFORE I drove 45 mins! Let's just say I will be finding another doctor!!"

"I have never see. Such unprofessionalism before.. as the years are climbing .. she has really lowered her services and how patients such as myself has been treated by her … for the second time in a row of attempting to be seen .. I have taken off work .. scheduled my rides via Paratransit… and I have been cancelled while in the building…waiting for my appt… this person truly is doing this by no means by coincidence… i can’t call her a professional anyone that’s gone….I have waited for months… and she is continuing to act as if my issues are not important… she is not anyone who I would recommend because of how she continues to waste my time…and treats her patients … this is how she lets you know she does not want to assist you as a person ….the last straw for her uncaring practices for healthcare…has hit the fan… I am done….clearly…there is a pasture with her name on it….the way to avoid people based on religion … color… or any other reasons…this is a way to do it… it’s obvious to me now ….why she is doing this…."

"Possibly the worst experience I’ve ever had with a gynecologist. There were at least six women in front of me and I got to my appointment 20 minutes before hand. She also blew off the fact that I am a DES daughter. Not at all friendly!"

"Dr.Stephenson is a great doctor. I've been seeing her for over 15yrs. She is very knowledgeable and polite. The deliver of my son went smoothly and she was able to deliver us a healthy baby. I also had to receive emergency surgery, the hospital was able to contact Dr. Stephenson and she arrived promptly to perform my surgery."

"Dr. Stephenson is a great physician! She is thoroughly knowledgeable in women's health, but as well has a great bedside manner..if u are looking for a physician who will answer all of your questions at your appointment and not rush u out, she's the doctor for u. It does take a little bit longer to get an appointment with her, but when u are the best and women know it, of course that's to be expected. Once u have your first appointment, your days of looking for a great physician are over!"
