"I called Summa to get an appointment with my OBGYN. I was confirmed an appointment with a DOCTOR but when I arrived I paid $50 to see a MIDWIFE who offered me no solution except to make another appointment. So I asked the front desk if I have to pay another $50 to see a doctor even though that is what this appointment was supposed to be. The girl said management stated because “I was seen by somebody” I will have to pay for a secondary appointment. Even though I was not seen by an actual doctor. I was seen by a midwife. Who could offer me no solution. I’m not even pregnant."

"If i could have gave 0 stars i would have. not only was dr naples insensitive to myself and my health conditions he used scare tactics to try and scare me into being healthier he royally screwed up my patient file and prescriptions and i am still fixing his mistakes almost 3 months later. he is rude and does not care about the repercussions of his actions or words. i would NEVER recommend him to anyone and i refuse to see him ever again. the office ladies and other care providers are the only reason i am still at that office. but overall it was truly the worst experience i’ve ever had with a dr."
