"Just checked in tonight. Chris does an amazing job and is the friendliest hotel clerk I've seen. The rooms look very nice for the price. Next time I'm in town I will be coming back here!"
"Just to start the guy at front desk was very rude an had an attitude right from the beginning. Then we get into our room and well it was poorly or well I took pics. I had to clean the bathroom and sick area and the coffee pot was disgusting. The list goes on."
"They should change the name to Alliances Best Value Inn. The room was so dirty I would have been better off sleeping in my vehicle at a truck stop. The was hair in the shower and bed, sheets wrinkled and smell like they weren't clean. I don't think the blanket has ever been washed, ashes on bathroom floor and night stand. Not vacuumed, uncarpeted floor so disgusting and slippery due to a film of whatever covering it."
"This was the second time we stayed here. The first time was ok & the room was better than this last time. This time the room was very disappointing. Stained pillowcases, sheets, towels etc. Burn holes in the comforter, missing fire alarm, cracked ceiling light, leaking toilet, tub was peeling so bad & drain was popped out so we couldn't even use it and numerous other things. We paid $113 for this room and it definitely wasn't even remotely worth it. Owner wasn't around to take our complaints the day we were there so had to call the day after we checked out. He still wasn't around, but front desk lady called him and he was "generous" enough to give 25% off and 25% off on my next visit. Honestly we wouldn't have stayed at all, but our choices were very limited due to traveling with a dog (which they charged $10 extra for)."
"Don't stay there! We has reserved 2 nights online only stayed 1 because the rooms have bed bugs!! So much more to review.....it was very bad. They need to make drastic changes there."
