"Loved my stay here. The staff was so friendly and helpful. We stayed two days. I stay in hotel all over the country and I have to say for this level of hotels it is great. Cozy and clean. Breakfast was good too."

"Pros:: clean room with fresh towels each day. Breakfast was well made with chiobani yogurt. Staff were very kind and courteous with issues I was having in the hotel. A very nice park was adjacent to the hotel and offered a great place to walk. The core of the hotel was good, which is why I place rooms, service, and location at a 5. Encouragements:: I went through 13 key cards because the key slot of my door was dirty and low on batteries. I have never had this problem at any other hotel in my life. I had to visit the front desk every time I wanted to get into my room, and to be sure, the staff was very kind and helpful about it. But this should be fixed and preventative maintenance should keep this from ever being an issue. Also, the pool was closed for renovations (but hotels never discount the stay during those renovations to make up for the loss of amenities that they advertise for guests). The exercise room was consisted of only two treadmills, an elliptical, and a bike with broken loops so that you had to shove under your shoes to keep from hitting the machine every revolution. No free-weights. All the equipment was dusty and no towels were available in the workout room."

"First class experience from online booking to check in to check out. Property spotless. Everyone courteous and pleasant. I felt welcomed. My room exceptionally clean and comfortable. Breakfast offerings super. Will be back."

"Tristan at the front desk was especially professional and friendly when we checked in. The hotel is very clean and bright with wide hallways/stairways. The room was very spacious with a king bed and couch, TV, mini fridge, and microwave. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was also large and clean with modern fixtures. The AC/heat unit worked well for temperature control. Breakfast was offered from 6-10am and offered cereals, bagels, muffins, boiled or scrambled eggs, sausage patties, make your own waffles, fruit juices and coffee. The ladies who were working the breakfast were very friendly and helpful, and kept food supplied well even though there was a large crowd of people who happened to be at breakfast at the same time. There was a pool and hot tub but we did not take advantage of using them. My only constructive criticism was that the dark curtains did not close all the way. There was a sheer curtain covering the center part of the window, which made me a little uncomfortable that people could see into the room from the parking lot at night with the back lighting in the room (we were on the third floor so it wasn't a close view). Also this allowed a lot of light in when the sun came up. The price that I paid was very reasonable, and the hotel was very close to Mount Union University, as well as a lot of restaurants and shopping. I would definitely stay here again if I visit Alliance in the future!"

"Having a very frustrating experience with this hotel. When we stayed 8/4-8/6 the prices were jacked up because of a football thing which had nothing to do with my trip, fine. But if you’re going to charge me $350 a night I expect to be treated like I paid $350 a night. The air conditioner in my room was cutting out and would not cool the room. The thermostat was saying the room was unoccupied. I called the front desk and they stated maintenance was out and offered me a fan. I told them what the thermostat said and they assured me the room was “occupied”. I asked to speak to a manager and that is where the fun began. This hotel doesn’t have managers! I’ve called for the past two weeks and it’s always “tomorrow” or “they’ll call you back”. When I finally did get a hold of a “manager” they stated they would refund me one the nights to compensate me for my issues. Great! Except no refund has been processed. I called 3 business days later and another “not manager” said there was no indication of a refund on my account. Really? What is going on here? Why is this hotel so poorly managed. Also someone told me the issue with the air conditioning could have been resolved by the front desk during my stay. Don’t jack up your prices if you can’t provide service to match. This is now going to corporate and my credit card company."
