"Just stopped by to check out what this cute little campground has to offer. They have 3 main lodging types: all-season fully functional cabins, year round canvas tents(with heated blankets and electrical, and primitive camp sites that are seasonal. The site has a main lodge with WiFi on the site. It was really pretty even on the rainy day that we visited. Terry is the owner and he was so welcoming and kind."

"Words could never do this campground justice. We stayed in one of the glamping tents and it was better than we could have imagined. The tent was gorgeous with lots of thoughtful touches. They even provided a wheelbarrow to bring your belongings to the tent. The bathrooms were immaculate. We had the opportunity to chat with the lovely couple that owns the campground and they were so sweet! The location couldn't have been more perfect. A 10-15 min drive to anywhere in the park, lots of restaurants and wineries close by, and a cute market 2 minutes down the road! We loved our stay here and will absolutely be back!!!"

"The studio cabin was very clean. Everything was in working order and the kitchen had plates, cups, silverware, soap, salt and pepper, even cooking oil! It was as pictured. I was surprised that we were attched to a four person cabin but they were quiet. Cozy bed and adjustable thermastat added to the comfort. We would definitely stay again and would like to try out the canvas tents during summer."

"Truly fantastic. Clean, modern tents and facilities (bathrooms well lit, not buggy, heated, stocked and clean). Owners active in maintaining and building out property and friendly. Seamless check in and out process with good communication. Easy access to nearby activities (we biked a few places accessed via the Towpath trail from the campground). Quiet overall apart from our intermittently screaming and crying toddlers. Firewood stocked on site. Beautiful property and tents well situated to maintain privacy and relaxing views from the private decks. Would definitely stay again if in the area. They’re on to something here…"

"We stayed in the 4 person king cabin over labor day weekend and had a lovely stay! The cabin was great and the campgrounds super quiet - especially since they were 'sold out' over the holiday weekend! The one bedroom had plenty of room to put a pack n play for our baby (we brought) and has great blackout curtains on almost all the windows to encourage sleeping in after a late night! The bedrooms and by the front door have lots and lots of hooks which is great for hanging up all kinds of stuff to keep organized! My kids and I loved the back porch swing as it was perfect to relax on and enjoy the private forest area just behind the cabin. We spent a good portion of each day hiking in CVNP and then spent one night at a show at blossom (so close you can hear it very quietly! And who doesn't love being back to your bed after the show ends in just minutes!) A few things for other to note if you're heading over - 1. The overlook is beautiful (and has a picnic table!), but you may want to bring your hiking poles if you've got bad knees or are carrying kids on your back as it's a steep hill and 10-15 min walk (And definitely don't forget the bug spray). 2. The pillows in the bedrooms are down feathers, so if you're allergic bring an alternative! (Comforter is not down) 3. A nightlight in the bathroom might be a handy thing to bring if you have kids to split the difference between the bright bathroom lights and the darkness of the room. 4. Yes there's a coffee maker, but don't forget your coffee and filters, on the things to bring note- may want to bring a pot if you're making pasta (they have pretty much everything else cooking wise though)."
